1. Shipping

- All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
- Atlanta Checkmate Club is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost packages once they've left our hands. We're happy to help you track down a shipment if an issue comes up.

2. Returns

We want you to love your ACC merch. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

- Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date your order is received.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with no signs of damage or use.
- The condition of the item upon return determines refund eligibility. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not qualify for a refund.
- To start a return, contact us at hi@atlantacheckmateclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment and typically take 7 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hi@atlantacheckmateclub.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right.
